Relative Clause / Agent Noun
English uses "who/which/that" clauses and "-er" words separately. Judean uses ONE form for both: ื prefix + participle.
READING GOAL:
To recognize that ื + participle means "the one who..." or "the -er".

When describing a noun with "who/which/that", both the noun AND the participle take ื:
