Overview

The Adjective Rule
English places adjectives BEFORE nouns. Judean places adjectives AFTER nouns.

READING GOAL:
To recognize the reversed word order and read noun phrases correctly.

The Rule

English: Adjective + Noun
Judean: Noun + Adjective

The word order is completely reversed between English and Judean.

ื›ืœื‘ ยท ื˜ื•ื‘
ื›ืœื‘ = dog ยท ื˜ื•ื‘ = good
