A mantra is a word or sound that is repeated. We need to repeat Manakahthey words to ourselves and they should have meaning. UNDERSTANDING:
Day 1 is what some call the first day of the week, but the 7 day Shabath cycle is not a “weak” thus I can’t agree.
Day 1 in 2024 starts on Wednesday at sundown to Thursday at sundown.
